If you or your children (18 years old by November 3, 2020) are not registered, the deadline is October 23. Please call our office today for assistance:

Someone will bring you a registration form and the take it to the office of the Douglas County Election Office.  Then you are registered to vote.

VOTE BY MAIL
To make voting easier, you can order a mail-in ballot by filling out an application.  The NLFA staff can help you fill this out and we will take it to the Election Office.  Deadline: Oct 23.  

You will get a ballot in the mail.  You can mark your ballot, put it in the envelop they provided, and sign the envelop on the back.  

You can deposit the ballot, in its signed envelop, in one of the Election Drop Boxes around Douglas and Sarpy County (see below).

Or, you can put a stamp on the envelop and mail it in US Mail. This should be done by October 27 to make sure it gets to the Election Office by Election Day.  

Or, NLFA will pick it up and deliver it to the Election Office.  The deadline is 8 pm on Tuesday, November 3 (Election Day).

NLFA is doing this in collaboration with Heartland Workers Center (4923 S 24th Street, Suite 301) and Black Men United (4200 N 30th Street).
